Francisco “Pancho” Cardenas (Kadeau – DK)
Originating from South-Chile, Patagonia and spent 12 years in different top kitchens around the world. Now cooking in Kadeau, Copenhagen and Bornholm. The restaurant of Nicolai Norregard and Rasmus Kofoed is specialised in new wave preserving that is a very essential way of sustainable gastronomy. Chef of innio is using philosophy and purity of the new nordic way of gastronomy for refining Hungarian traditions, ingredients, technologies, possibilities.

Upon reservation you buy tickets for the event with no cancellation option, but you can assign your tickets to other guests. Price of the degustation menu is HUF 35,000 per person + 12.5% service charge. Starting time for dinner is very strict.
